The Fiscal and Support Services department at North County Transit
District has administrative employees who maintain computer networks,
accounting staff who handle the day to day financial transactions and
records and contracts and procurement staff who handle contract for
goods and services at the District.
The purpose of the division is to provide financial and administrative
support, risk management, safety and training, and information
technology services to District departments and the public, maintain
financial information in accordance with generally accepted accounting
principles, and ensure compliance with legal and prudent fiscal
requirements in all financial and procedural operations.
