To obtain documents, specifications, drawings, addenda, etc. and obtain status as a planholder, the contractor must contact the Contract Administrator listed in the Notice and be added to the planholder list. In order to maintain the integrity of the Plan Holders List and ensure that Addendums are sent to all prospective bidders, NCTD does not send a complete bid package to any Plan Room.
