BREEZE Routes 302 and 303

The North County Transit District (NCTD) is providing information on BREEZE Routes 302 and 303 and gathering general feedback.  

BREEZE Route 302 operates between Oceanside Transit Center and Vista Transit Center via Vista Way. BREEZE Route 303 operates between Oceanside Transit Center and Vista Transit Center via Mission Avenue and N Santa Fe Avenue. Due to a staffing shortage, NCTD temporarily reduced service frequency on several BREEZE routes on April 3, 2022. This temporary reduction included BREEZE Routes 302 and 303, in which service frequency was reduced from approximately every 15-20 minutes to every 30 minutes. NCTD has made progress in hiring bus operators to support restored service levels, and plans to restore service on BREEZE Route 350 on April 2, 2023.

However, due to a continued staffing shortage, NCTD projects that it will not be able to restore service on BREEZE Routes 302 and 303 until October 2023.
