NCTD is now hiring entry level SPRINTER Rail Attendants and offering a $2,000 bonus. Success in this position will put someone starting their career in the rail industry on a path to becoming a Train Operator, Conductor and Locomotive Engineer.

You are urged to share this career opportunity with those who are friendly, customer-focused professionals. Rail Attendants are provided all necessary training.

The $2,000 bonus offered is paid in two increments. The first $1,000 is paid after passing a 6-month probation. The remaining $1,000 bonus is paid after being with NCTD for 9 months.
