An Absolute Work Window (AWW) or coastal rail closure means there will be no COASTER or Amtrak service between Oceanside Transit Center and Santa Fe Depot. Service Management

We work hard to provide efficient, effective, and timely services for our customers. Unfortunately, delays happen, and it can be a delicate balance of how we utilize our resources to get the schedule back on time and deliver our passengers where they need to go. When there are delays, we understand that you may feel like you are in
the dark, with little information and a lot of time spent waiting for something to happen. View NCTD’s service management philosophy and processes in this section to see what we’re doing to get your commute back on track.
