Eligibility. Open to legal residents of San Diego County, you must be 18 years and older. Submission must be made by an adult age 18 or older. Entry in the Sweepstakes constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules and Disclaimers. Employees of NCTD, its Board of Directors, officers, consultants, contractors, agents, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. .
Sweepstakes or Contest Period: NCTD reserves the right to end the Sweepstakes/Contest at any time and not choose a winner. Winners will be selected from entries properly submitted and received during the Sweepstakes Period.
Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Sweepstakes or Contest Entry Instructions: During the Sweepstakes period, you may only submit one photo via social media post or story by tagging @GoNCTD with the hashtag #GetOnBoardNCTD. Please note account must be public.
Prize: The Prize promoted as a raffle “Get On Board Day” Sweepstakes will be awarded in the form of two free round trip COASTER tickets, approximate retail value (ARV) is $26.00 (may be subject to a purchase or activation fee). Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.
Participant Obligations: By participating in this Sweepstakes or accepting the Prize, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules, Disclaimers and the decisions of NCTD, which are final and binding in all respects. NCTD holds the right to post or edit the winner’s photo without substantially changing the content. The winner also agrees to have their name and photo posted on all NCTD forms of social media and publicized on the GoNCTD website.
Limitation of Liability: By participating in this Sweepstakes or accepting the Prize, all participants and winners agree to indemnify, defend, and hold NCTD and affiliates harmless from and against any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, actions, and liabilities of any kind in connection with the Sweepstakes or receipt or redemption of the Prize. Sweepstakes participants and winners of the Prize assume all liability for any injury, death, or damage caused, or allegedly caused, by participating in the Sweepstakes or use or redemption of the Prize.
Disputes: The Sweepstakes is governed by the law of the State of California. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, participants agree that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be brought in a State or Federal court situated in the County of San Diego, State of California.
