NCTD+ Assist

During a major COASTER service disruption, NCTD may provide up to $50 voucher for an Uber or Lyft ride departing to and from a COASTER station. The voucher will be applied to qualifying trips. Please note there are no reimbursements.

This pilot program is intended to assist customers when SPRINTER has an unplanned disruption of 2 hours or more. The time-limited voucher is available only during an active service disruption. Qualifying trips must be to and from a SPRINTER station.
