The San Diego County Fair is back at the Del Mar Fairgrounds from June 11 to July 6. This year’s theme is the Summer Pet-tacular! Fair hours are 11 a.m. – 11 p.m. The Fair is closed every Monday and Tuesday.

NCTD has partnered with the Fair and MTS to offer the Fair Tripper combined fare. Fair Tripper tickets are available for same-day sale at ticket vending machines and via the PRONTO mobile app.

Fair Tripper tickets include Fair admission, round-trip transit on NCTD COASTER, SPRINTER, BREEZE, or MTS, and a shuttle to/from fairgrounds for up to a 48% discounted price. The shuttle runs approximately every 15 minutes from the Solana Beach COASTER station. 

On weekdays, Adult Fair Tripper tickets are $20, and Senior/Youth are $17. On weekends, Adult Fair Tripper tickets are $25, and Senior/Youth are $22.

Fair Tripper tickets are only available for the day of use sale. A special promotion will be applied to Fair Tripper tickets on June 19, a $5 deduction will be applied to Adult tickets ($15) and Senior/Youth tickets ($12).
