Stop Arrivals

Stop Arrivals

SMS Terms & Conditions

This service allows North County Transit District (NCTD) passengers to text their stop number to 466283 (GONCTD) for English and 628377 (NCTDSP) for Spanish to receive real-time arrival estimates and relevant alert information for their bus stop in response. Messages will only be sent to users as a direct response for their stop inquiries.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the short code. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, NCTD will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from NCTD, even if you send in a stop ID. If you want to join again, just sign up by texting “START” as you did the first time and NCTD will start sending SMS messages to you again.

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can request help directly from NCTD Customer Service at (760) 966-6500.

Use of the system is voluntary and NCTD and carriers are not liable for delayed, undelivered, or inaccurate messages. Stop arrival information is based upon on-board systems and every effort is made to provide accurate information.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from NCTD and to NCTD from you. You will receive one response message for each stop inquiry. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read NCTD’s privacy policy: https://gonctd.com/policies/
